Refund & cancellation policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This policy applies to paid technical analysis training for breakout and reversal setups from Dynamic Cloud Infrastructure, including cohort programs, live setup clinics, and private mentorship blocks. Pricing on the website is informational; payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before a seat is reserved.

Eligibility for a full refund

You may request a full refund if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the published start date of your cohort or the first scheduled clinic/mentorship session, and no materials unique to your seat have been issued.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between 13 and 7 days before the start date, we may offer a partial refund of 50% of fees paid, provided the seat can still be offered to another participant. Cancellations inside 7 days are generally not refundable except as noted under exceptions.

Non-refundable items

  • Completed private mentorship sessions.
  • Clinic sessions already delivered.
  • Custom chart reviews already prepared for your submitted files.
  • Administrative deposits explicitly labeled non-refundable in your enrollment note (when used to hold a limited clinic seat).

Work already started

Once a cohort has begun and you have received session access or week-one materials, fees for elapsed weeks are non-refundable. Unused future weeks may be credited toward a later cohort of equal value at our discretion, or refunded proportionally if we cancel remaining sessions.

Purchased materials

Digital handouts and annotated examples provided during training are included in program fees. They are not sold separately and are not returnable once delivered.

Cancellation by you

Send cancellation requests to hello@dynamiccloudinfrastructure.digital with your full name, program name, and scheduled start date. The request timestamp in Korea Standard Time determines which refund tier applies.

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule to a later cohort or clinic block at least 7 days before the original start, subject to seat availability and without an additional fee. Further reschedules may incur an administrative fee disclosed before confirmation.

No-shows

Failure to attend a live session without notice is treated as a completed session for clinics and mentorship. Cohort no-shows do not extend access unless we agree to a documented makeup.

Deposits

When a deposit is required to hold a clinic seat, the enrollment note will state whether the deposit is credited to the balance or held separately. Refundable deposits follow the same timing rules as full fees unless the note states otherwise.

Cancellations by Dynamic Cloud Infrastructure

If we cancel a program or cannot provide a reasonable makeup, you may choose a full refund of fees paid for undelivered sessions or a transfer to another date.

Refund process & timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. Allow up to 14 business days after approval for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refund method

Refunds are issued in Korean won to the method used for payment. We do not issue cash refunds at the studio for remote enrollments.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or force majeure that prevent participation, evaluated case by case. Trading losses or dissatisfaction with market outcomes are not grounds for a refund; training is educational and results are not guaranteed.
