Journaling Break and Turn Decisions

A useful journal records the decision rule, not every tick. Capture range, evidence, invalidation, and outcome in a fixed template.

Journals that narrate every candle hide the few decisions that matter. Use a fixed template for breakouts and reversals: range or structure context, evidence checklist, planned invalidation, size, and outcome.

Review weekly. Look for repeated premature entries before you hunt new patterns. Improvement here is usually habit correction, not a secret candle formation.

Bring three journal pages to any Live Setup Clinic. Feedback lands faster when the decision trail is already written.
